Antietam: Snavely Ford

“At 1 p.m. on Sept. 17, 1862, General Isaac Rodman took his division, including the 8th and 16th Connecticut regiments, across Snavely's Ford during the Battle of Antietam. Rodman was killed near the close of the battle.”
